Annie Kelahan, LPC, ACS, A.T.R. BC

I am a licensed professional counselor and approved clinical supervisor with over 25 years experience serving children, adolescents, adults and families in the metro Atlanta area. In addition, I am a board certified, registered art therapist. I am grateful for and passionate about my work and my approach in working with clients is strength based and collaborative. I practice with a deep respect for and curiosity about those who want support to heal and grow. It is my privilege to help others address their concerns and achieve their goals in order to more fully enjoy life. I have specialty training in trauma work, life transition issues (grief and loss, adjustment to school/work changes, departure from home, divorce, blended families and aging), mood disorders (anxiety and depression) and expressive therapies. My clinical work is balanced by my work providing clinical supervision for therapists, consultation to mental health agencies, and my work with “Gathering Stories,” which uses the creative arts to mark and memorialize important events for others.

Favorite quote: “True spirit of healing flows through those whose hearts are open, minds are focused, and whose attitude is ever hopeful.”
